It's crazy to me that certain people, smells, songs & videos from the past can bring back laughter or emotion or any feelings you had at that exact moment in time. For me, it's videos. Videos get me every time. As a photographer I focus mainly on still photos, but the odd time I'll turn my dial to movie mode and get a few minutes of whatever I'm doing. Then I forget about it and never realize they're there until sometimes months later when I come across them on my computer as I'm looking for a certain picture. I recently found a few videos from Montreal in the summertime of friends goofing around, my family visiting, and my friend Alex and I just roaming the city at night. Brought me back to my favorite place and makes me really think I should be putting these mini movies to use sometime in the near future. Stay tuned! & take more videos. xx









Honor




Inspired by snow globes, the look behind Honor's fall show was absolutely gorgeous. So zoo girly and lots of pinks, my personal favorite. Bridget and I headed backstage into what was close to the most relaxed atmosphere of the week. Lots of great vibes and very talented glam team, it was really awesome watching them work. To top it off, I got to meet my favorite nail polish designer, Deborah Lippmann!

Dennis Basso


In New York last week I shot my very first runway show. I had a good taste of what it was like backstage and got the offer to shoot the stage. Naturally I jumped at the opportunity and it was sooo amazing. Here are some of the shots I captured from Dennis Basso's Fall 2014 collection.

Baja East



I am totally one who prefers sweats over jeans, I think we all do. Last Saturday was so refreshing being at the presentation by Baja East where they presented ready to wear amazing, comfortable, cool pieces. They said "When you hear Baja East, we want you to think vacation" -I love that. The presentation was held at The Standard High Line and so laid back and casual. Scott & John are two young designers with their new brand now being sold at Barneys New York. Crazy! Congrats guys. 

On my way to the Standard I stopped in front of Diane von Furstenberg's store on Washington Street and I was confused by all the paparazzi outside the doors. I looked in a little further and saw her inside giving a tour of her store. Pretty neat!
