Home Series: Walk-in Shower
Hey guys!! Happy Sunday! Today we are finally sharing all of the “how to” details of our master shower! Justin did SO much research before starting this project, and I seriously cannot believe how many steps are involved!! Waterproofing is no joke lol. Justin wrote this post for any of you who are considering tackling a project like this yourselves! We are going to take you through it from start to finish! We have a “cheater” master bathroom that also leads to the hallway. When we moved in, there was this giant soaker tub, and a tiny stall style shower in the downstairs bathroom. It was SO annoying not being able to just shower upstairs, and instead looking at this soaker tub we never used. Lol. We decided to put in a walk-in shower upstairs, and we will be putting in a combined bath & shower in the downstairs bathroom in the coming months.

Book Club: The Perfect Girlfriend
I am so excited to talk about this book. I had seen it on Allie & Sam’s Instagram stories a few weeks ago when they were reviewing recent books they have read. The title of this one stuck with me when I was looking for a new read. I don’t like doing a lot of background on books before reading them, or reading summaries, because I like to be completely surprised by what happens. Same with movie trailers, I don’t want to know anything that’s going to happen.

My 3 Month Hair Growth Journey
Hi guys! Honestly I never thought I would ever be in a place to FINALLY talk about my hair growth. Lol. It has been such a struggle for me, for literally years. I could never understand it, my hair dressers could never understand it. People would always say it was probably because of my extensions, or because I would bleach it, or that it was growing. I never believed any of the above lol. My arguments were: As much as you see me with my extensions in, in photos or at events, is maybe 2 times per month. I do mainly all of my shooting in one day for Instagram & the blog. And I very rarely get ready and go anywheres Lol. I work from home every day barley brush my hair. So to think that my extensions were ruining my hair, just did not convince me. Bleaching it, of course dries your hair out, so I took 6+ month long breaks between getting my hair done for the past, almost 2 years, and still nothing. I did frequent hair treatments to make sure the moisture was locked in and that my ends were never getting to dry.

Food: No bake protein balls
I never EVER thought I would be the person that people ask for recipes from, but HERE WE ARE. Lol. This is 25 people. I am growing up. The last time I made these, I got so many questions about them, but I wanted to make sure I was consistent before I shared them! But seriously, this is so easy, even I can make it. What inspired this whole thing was one day at Booster Juice I randomly added two energy balls to my order and I could not get over how good they were. I went home and immediately googled the ingredients and how to make them. These ones aren’t exactly the ones at Booster Juice but they’re pretty damn close. SO GOOD.
